President:
Fritzner Nau (Electrical Engineer)
Fritzner
Nau began his professional career with Satellite Transmission System
(STS), a division of California Microwave, as a Systems Engineer.
He did pioneering work in the design of true transportable
satellite communication systems for on the spot gathering of news and
information.
He later joined the MTA-New York City Transit as a Signal Engineer
where he worked on the design of automatic operation of wayside equipment
using the latest in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and artificial
intelligence (AI).
Mr. Nau then joined the Automatic Fare Collection System where he
worked on the development of a state of the art system that now accepts
different fare media on the transit system.
In that position, he used computer modeling to determine control
area locations, made use of analytical research procedures to guarantee
optimum revenue enhancement and devised complicated testing procedures.
Mr.
Nau later returned to the Signal Division of the New York City Transit
where he now serves as Assistant to the Director of Capital Planning and
Control.
In that capacity, he is responsible for coordinating and managing
the Scope of work of NYC Transit’s massive signal modernization
projects.
As such, he is responsible for planning Signal Projects for a
budget exceeding three quarter of a Billion dollars.
Mr.
Nau is an Electrical Engineer and possesses extensive knowledge and
experience in Management, Computer Operations and Software Applications.

Vice President
Emlin Pluviose (Mechanical Engineer)Has
been working for the past 14 years as a Mechanical Engineer with US Army, Armament,
Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) in New Jersey.
Project engineer responsible for design, test, evaluation,
development, and production of all medium caliber weapon systems, training
devices and ancillary support equipment. Advises on critical issues and policies and
reviews results primarily with regard to program objectives, administrative policies and
procedures. Utilizes AutoCad, CADKey, Pro-engineer to develop cost effective and
sound project improvements.
Did Post Masters work in Mechanical Engineer; Certified to teach
Total Quality Management (TQM) for trainers and facilitators; Certified as Department of
Defense (DOD) acquisition research and development for hardware design, testing and
material acquisition; trained in self-managed teams.

Finance Committee Chairman
Gerard Marc (Agricultural Science)Gerard P. Marc is licensed in Agricultural Science,
specialized in Horticulture and Food Microbiology (Preservation and Canning Technology).
Mr. Marc holds also a License in Biochemistry and Microbiology and complete his Graduate
Studies in Agro-Industrial Administration.
As President of Home Landscaping lnc., Mr. Marc executed and
realized Landscaping Architectural projects for the following institutions: Federal
Building, N.Y.; Adam Clayton Powell Jr., State Office Building, N.Y .; Teacher
College, Columbia University, N.Y.; Lincoln Center, Avery Fisher Hall, N.Y.
As an Agricultural writer, Mr.
Marc has published: Elevage des Poules et des Dindes, and Contamination
Microbiemie des Viandes.
Mr. Marc offers also professional services as Consultant in Tropical, Subtropical and
General Agriculture as well as in Systematic Caribbean Botany. |

He was the Coordinator of Project : "Water
Resources System Construction" (SNEP/CARE/USAID-Haiti).

Information Committee Chairman
Ronald Gibbs (Electrical Engineer)Currently a
Staff Director in the Network Management organization at Bell Atlantic Technology & Engineering Division, Ronald Gibbs is an
architect in software testing for the deployment of the Customer Service Management
(CSM) system for the overall Bell Atlantic
Corporation. This service is arguably the most important value added data network service to be introduced in Telecommunications
.
As an Electrical Engineer with 10 years experience in the Telecommunication industry, Ron's expertise
while working for Nynex and Bell Atlantic ranges from Outside Plant, Central Office, Data Networking and Network Management
An audio purist, his devotion to issues regarding his homeland nation, Haiti, is second to none.
Mr Gibbs currently holds an MS degree in Managemet Of Technology (MOT) from Polytechnic University and a BS
in Electrical Engineering from Pratt.

President Emeritus:
Ernesto Etienne (Electrical Engineer)Ernesto
Etienne joined the IBM Advanced semiconductor labs right after graduation 1988. He worked
as a process engineer of advanced BIPOLAR, bi-CMOS and CMOS devices. He developed the base
TAP structure by which all the process data will reside in a centralized database. Data
analysis with DB2 and QMF in TSO system. 200mm tool /process qualifications and SMIF
operations.
For the past seven years he has moved from process engineering
to the Advanced Packaging Development group. He is involved with Electrical
design, Analysis of electronic packages, Modeling and Electrical characterization of
single and multichip modules.
He has published several technical papers on Micro Electronics, and
given technical presentations at Universities both in the US and abroad. Mr Etienne is the
product of the Salesians Fathers' Technical School and Columbia University. |

Special Coordinator
Fritz J. Nau (MBA/Electrical Engineer)
Currently working as a Staff Director in the Corporate Sourcing Department of Bell Atlantic, Fritz J. Nau is
responsible for driving competitive procurement processes, focusing on continuous improvement in total cost,
quality and service to optimize Bell Atlantic's purchasing dollars and exceed corporate goals. Before moving
to Sourcing, Mr Nau worked as a Design Manager in the Network Provisioning Center of then NYNEX. In that
position, he provided Special Service design including, circuit provisioning, facilities and equipment assignment, asset
management and field assistance for the State of New York. Prior to this, eight years in various technical,
managerial and project management positions. In those capacities, he developed, participated and managed
cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage large capital programs.
Mr Nau holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
He also has a New York State E.I.T. Certificate. Mr Nau is an avid golfer and the president of Toastmasters
International/Midtown Chapter. |

Currently working for a privately owned NJ Manufacturing
company as Director of Operations in charge of all engineering, R&D, Manufacturing,
Quality. Main Engineering function is to oversee design on components for the industrial
and automotive industry. Also involved in the design and fabrication of automated
machinery for production of these products.
Previously with E. I. Dupont company as an automation
engineer specializing in high speed machinery design and Robotics for the manufacture of
explosives detonators.
